100% Kona Peaberry coffee beans, first roasted in our traditional fireroast style to a dark roast, then hand rolled in high quality chocolate.  Options include dark chocolate, or try out flavors using natural extracts of either strawberry or chai added.  Our chocolate is NOT coated with shellac wax, the cheap wax coating found on many cheaper quality chocolate products.
