Our decaffeinated coffee starts with green coffee and a water extraction done locally on the Big Island.  This water extraction is non-chemical utlizing natural carbon dioxide gas to remove nutriets, then once the caffiene is isolated and removed from the water suspension the nutrients are released back into the water to be reabsobed so that the flavor of our Kona coffee can remain.  After being redried it is then roasted to perfection on our antique roaster to create what we feel might be the best decaf coffee ever, some may just say its sacreligeous.
